Tottenham Hotspur's Roberto De Zerbi has revealed that he plans to overhaul the squad with 17 players set to leave, including Guglielmo Vicario and Randal Kolo Muani. The Italian coach has made it clear that he wants to bring in new players to strengthen the team and help them achieve their goals. De Zerbi has already secured the signing of Andy Robertson and is set to follow up with the signing of Marcos Senesi. He is also in talks to sign Jan Paul van Hecke and Savinho from Brighton and Manchester City respectively. The 17 players who could leave include Guglielmo Vicario, who has been linked with a move back to Serie A, and Randal Kolo Muani, whose loan contract ends on June 30. De Zerbi has also mentioned that he wants to keep the Portuguese player Joao Palhinha, but this will involve negotiations between Spurs and Bayern Munich to knock down the fee. The full-back slots look pretty set with the Scot and Destiny Udogie, who needs to prove his fitness next season, down the left and right. Brandon Austin, as the club's only senior homegrown player, is likely to continue in his back-up role unless he finally gets a chance to move this summer. If Vicario does depart then a new goalkeeper will come in to battle with Kinsky for the vacant number one spot.
